Vinyl Names & Numbers

Because personalization would be prohibitively expensive to screenprint on each shirt, vinyl heat sealed names & numbers are used to customize shirts. Check out the color chart for available colors and be sure to match your print color to the color of Vinyl Heat-Pressed Name or Number you choose. Personalization will add cost and time to the production of your order.

What is heat seal personalization? Personalization is a great way to make every shirt for your group fun and unique. With heat seal personalization, you can add numbers and names to garments that are being produced with the same print/embroidery design. The additional cost for Heat Seal names ($5/location) and numbers ($3/location) is added only to the garments on the order that will include the additional customization. 

Heat seal personalization uses vinyl letter/number cutouts that are applied to the garment, and these have a feeling more like SPT printing than normal Screen Printing. This is the method of names/numbers for most sports jerseys, which most people have seen or felt before
